Berlin, CT – Letter Concepts, a division of Cathedral Corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Hancock as Vice President of Diocesan Sales. In this role, she will focus on expanding archdiocesan and diocesan sales across the United States, as well as growing parish sales in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. Her responsibilities will include managing sales of annual appeals, capital campaigns, programming services and reporting, gift processing and lockbox services, and increasing offertory and annual collections within dioceses and individual parishes.
Hancock brings nearly 25 years of experience in development, integrated marketing, and communications. Most recently, she served as Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship at the Catholic Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. There, she oversaw an annual giving program that raised over $5 million annually in support of the ministries, programs and apostolates of the Diocese of Fall River, as well as its individual parishes.
"My experience at the Catholic Foundation and serving those in their moments of greatest need across my home diocese, the Diocese of Fall River, instilled in me a deep understanding and appreciation of fundraising within the Catholic Church," Hancock said. "I look forward to continuing this work at Letter Concepts and helping to advance the missions of dioceses and parishes across the nation."
“We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca to our Letter Concepts family. She brings decades of experience as a fundraising and marketing professional, and we look forward to her sharing her talents with all of our clients,” said Executive Vice President Tom Wilson.
Before her tenure at the Catholic Foundation, Hancock managed marketing and development programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Rhode Island Hospital and Brown University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regis College and a Master’s degree from Marquette University.
